What are you selling?
We're currently only focused on diecast. We do intend on expansion into other markets, but want to focus on getting these right first. We order from wholesale/distributors with the goal to provide excellent service to bring you back for your next purchase.
Why are you selling?
Let's be honest. How many times have you seen the new products releasing and were so excited to find them, only for them to have been picked out of the boxes the night before? Our goal is provide another avenue for you to grab those items that you're excited to receive but can't, or just don't want to, find it.
Why are your prices so high!?
Are you looking at the right website? Just kidding! While we sometimes will need to price items above MSRP, we try to ensure we have reasonable prices on all of our products.
How long does it take you to package and ship?
Excellent question! We typically have your order processed the same or next business day. If for some reason we cannot, we will reach out to you and explain the circumstance.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, with exceptions. If you ordered a sealed product, we sadly cannot accept returns. We typically accept returns within 30 days of purchase and expect the item/product to be in the same condition as you received it. Do you only sell online?
No! While we do have this website, and an eBay store (in development), we also attend Diecast shows and conventions as we can. Check our social media platforms for the latest on where we will be!
I have a recommendation or request for different products, who do I contact?
Awesome! We'd love to hear about what you're interested in. If we can strategically make it happen, we will get it ordered. Otherwise, we can try and help you find someone else that does have them. Contact us at support@rarityze.com.
